- Acquiring well-located vacant quick-service drive-through properties.   
 
Multi-tenant strategy:  
- Acquiring well-located strip centers and small shopping centers with below-market rents and/or vacancies. We add value by increasing rent, improving aesthetic appeal, and re-tenanting vacant storefronts.
