Eitan Tashman:

Eitan has almost 20 years of experience acquiring, financing, leasing and managing a portfolio of single tenant triple-net properties, strip centers and in-line retail stores.  He has managed over 200,000 SF of different types of retail properties.  Eitan has an extensive network of brokers, lenders and other industry contacts with whom he has cultivated strong relationships. He has successfully negotiated leases with tenants such as Banana Republic, Burger King, Arby’s, 7-Eleven, Pizza Hut, Papa John’s Pizza, Verizon Wireless and Starbucks.  Eitan graduated with an MBA and Graduate Certificate in Financial Analysis and Valuations from the University of Southern California, and earned his undergraduate degree Cum Laude from the University of Southern California.

Jay Weinberg:    

Jay has over 10 years of experience in real estate financial due diligence, valuation and accounting primarily at Deloitte and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Jay has led extensive real estate due diligence projects for property acquisitions and loan originations, including projects for a publicly traded triple net lease REIT. Jay has also analyzed hundreds of real estate investment models for PwC’s clients, for both real estate equity and debt investments on all property types.  Jay is currently a professor at NYU Schack Institute for Real Estate, where he teaches real estate financial analysis. Jay is also a licensed CPA (inactive) in the State of New Jersey and graduated with an MS in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
